This Privacy Policy applies to the Arrows Puzzle Escape mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Service"), developed and published by PlayCraft Works (legal name: VATSAL J VAISHNAV). 1. Data Collection and Usage

PlayCraft Works is committed to protecting your privacy. The Arrows Puzzle Escape app collects certain information to provide and improve the gameplay experience, ensure progress synchronization, and analyze app stability.

a. Anonymous Authentication

When you click "Sign in to sync" or use our cloud-based save features, we utilize Firebase Authentication to log you in anonymously. This creates a unique, randomly-generated User ID (UID) linked only to your device. We do not collect your name, email address, password, phone number, or any other personal identity details during this process.

b. Cloud Save (Game Progress)

We utilize Cloud Firestore to store and sync your game progress securely in the cloud. The following data is saved under your anonymous UID:

• Highest level unlocked
• Current coin balance
• Current heart/life count
• Aggregated gameplay statistics (e.g., levels cleared, perfect clears, current day streak)
• Unlocked achievements

c. App Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand user engagement, difficulty balance, and feature popularity. We collect aggregated, non-identifiable statistics, including:

• Level start, level completion, and level failure counts
• Frequency of hint usage and shop purchases
• Session duration and frequency

d. Crash Reporting

To ensure maximum stability, we utilize Firebase Crashlytics. If the app crashes or experiences a critical error, it automatically uploads anonymized diagnostic details, including device model, operating system version, and the code stack trace where the crash occurred.

e. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display non-intrusive banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads within Arrows Puzzle Escape. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, location data, and other information to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on your consent and local regulation (such as GDPR or CCPA).

2. Data Security

The security of your data is important to PlayCraft Works. All progress and analytic data are transferred securely over HTTPS and stored using Google Firebase's enterprise-grade infrastructure. Because your account is anonymous, we have no means of connecting your game progress back to your real-world identity.

3. Children's Privacy

The Arrows Puzzle Escape app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

PlayCraft Works may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
